We invite local food and retail small businesses, nonprofit organizations, and community groups to be a vendor at this year’s Jade International Night Market! To ensure the event remains community-driven, we prioritize food and retail small businesses within the Jade District and outer Southeast neighborhoods. If you have never participated in a large scale festival before as a vendor, we can help you through the process of permitting (if a food vendor) and other paper work.
The process: Applications will be approved based on both first come, first serve basis, as well as taking into consideration the products or services for sale to allow for the best possible mix of businesses, with preference given to Jade District businesses. Vendors must provide their own tables, chairs and canopies (weighted canopies/tents are required for every booth space). Vendors are welcome to register for one or both dates. Payment is required at the time of registration. Vendor Registration and Payment Deadline: August 4, 2017.

**Applications are not complete until the Jade District receives payment in the form of a check or via credit card. We will refund 100% of vendor fees if you are not accepted into the fair.**
Early bird special: The Jade District is offering an “early bird” 10% discount on registration fees for vendors who apply before July 3, 2017.
