Vendor Registration & Sponsorship for the 2019

Jade International Night Market is now open!

We invite local food and retail small businesses, nonprofit organizations, and community groups to be a vendor at this year’s Jade International Night Market! To ensure the event remains community-driven, we prioritize food and retail small businesses within the Jade District and outer Southeast neighborhoods. If you have never participated in a large scale festival before as a vendor, we can help you through the process of permitting (if a food vendor) and other paper work.

Applications will be approved based on both first come, first serve basis, as well as taking into consideration the products or services for sale to allow for the best possible mix of businesses, with preference given to Jade District businesses. Vendors must provide their own tables, chairs and canopies (weighted canopies/tents are required for every booth space). Vendors are welcome to register for one or both dates. Payment is required at the time of registration. Vendor Registration and Payment Deadline: August 3, 2019.

**Applications are not complete until the Jade District receives payment in the form of a check or via credit card.  We will refund 100% of vendor fees if you are not accepted into the fair. **

Vendor Information

  • Please indicate which night markets you would like to attend. If you are accepted, you are accepted into both markets.
  • Fee: $280 per night for food vendor. ($260 per night early bird special if register before 6/30) $60 per night for all other vendors. ($50 per night early bird special if register before 6/30)
  • What is included in the vendor fee:  We will reserve a 10 ft x 15 ft space for food vendors or a 10 ft x 10 ft space for all other vendors, as well as a 5 amp power outlet for each vendor selected to participate. Vendors need to bring tent, canopy, table and chairs.  None will be available for rent on the day of the event.  You must bring your own canopy. 
  • Document: All food vendors will need to provide a copy of their Temporary Restaurant Food Licensing Application and a certificate of Insurance no later than 8/10/2019.
  • Setup: Vendor check-in will open at 1:00 pm for food vendors and 2:00 pm for all other vendors. All vendors must be set up by 4 pm and stay until the conclusion of the event. The market is open for business from 5 – 10 pm.
  • Break down: Vendors may not begin breaking down booths until the conclusion of the event at 10 pm to avoid injury or accidents with attendees on the premise.
  • Cancellation Policy:
    • Full refund from time of registration until July 5, 2019
    • 50% refund from 7/6 to 8/10 for first market date  (August 24, 2019)
    • 50% refund from 7/13 to 8/17 for the second market (August 31, 2019)
    • No Refund will be given within two weeks of the market opening day.

Early bird special: The Jade District is offering an “early bird” discount for registrations before June 30, 2019.
